On September 25, the Program in Nursing Science held its first annual White Coat Ceremony. Students entering their third year in the Program of Nursing Science received white laboratory coats and nursing pins after being honored by UCI faculty and community members.

Ellen Olshansky has been named founding director of UC Irvine’s new program in nursing science in the College of Health Sciences, effective July 1, 2007. For more information, please visit this page.

A Welcome Breakfast for Nursing Science Students was held on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at the Bren Events Center. The Chancellor presented the inaugural class of students with pins and certificates.
