About The College

The Programs in Public Health and Pharmaceutical Sciences were established in September 2003, and the Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences achieved department status in 2007. The College of Health Sciences was established in September 2004. The Program in Nursing Science was established in January 2006.

Undergraduate majors, a BS in Public Health Sciences and a BA in Public Health Policy, were approved in 2005, and student enrollment will begin in the Fall 2006. An undergraduate major in Pharmaceutical Sciences was approved in 2006. The undergraduate major in Nursing Science was approved in the Fall 2006, and student enrollment began in the Fall 2006.

Graduate degrees in all three Programs will be developed over the next few years.
